The Broncos are Screwed!

The Broncos have traded for 4 of our defensive linemen. And we get Reuben Droughns, who just came off his first 1,000 yard season. Didn't Shanahan take a look at any game film over the last couple of years??? Perhaps when Jamal Lewis ran for over 500 yards against us in 2 games. Thanks God, we unloaded these fat slobs. It's a wonder that somebody with the nickname "Big Money" lasted so long in a blue collar town like Cleveland. These bastards should be arrested for theft.

Now onto brighter things. A backfield of Droughns and Suggs (this trade all but kills all hopes for Willie's future in Cleveland) is going to be deadly. Talk about some healthy competition. Hopefully Reuben can play defensive tackle as well because we are looking kind of thin at that position right now.

Romeo is making all the right moves. Give us 2 years and Cleveland football will be back in the form that this great city and its fans deserve.

Romeo is a great coach coming from a world class orginization (the Patriots). In 2 years he should have the Browns at a respectable level.

With the loss of all those lineman do you think that the browns will fill that void through the draft or FA?

Draft! and a lil bit of FA

we still have our best lineman in Kenard Lang. Plus I have contacted them saying I would play for the league min. So we have a couple good DLs

You're right Spoon. Droughns wont rush for more than 800 yards. Simply because he wont be the primary back, Suggs will rush for 1,100.

Droughns wont be an all star, but when he sees a hole he can hit it. He is a good between the tackles rusher. Perfect for RAC's offensive philosophy. Bang the ball and let Trent Dilfer make an occasional play.
