Sorry Latimer it has to be said. In review of the Yankees/Red Sox opening series the only thing that sucked was that two of the games were played while at we all were working. Once again the two teams proved to be more equally matched than any other teams in all of baseball. Both teams starting pitching was solid, both closers were shaky in game two-Rivera exploded in game three helped by an era, and both offenses struggled to get the key hits-the Yanks in game 2 and the Sox in game 3. We are in for another great season of games and most likely a post season that will come down to another game 7 in the Bronx. Does it get any better than this, I am just glad I am a fan of one of these teams.
